Return Eligibility

Customers in the United Kingdom may cancel and return purchases within 90 days of receiving the item, with or without providing a reason.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. All original labels, tags, accessories, and documentation must be included. Custom-made or personalised products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or were delivered in error.

How to Return an Item

All returns must be sent by mail. To begin the return process, contact our customer service team at sales@prower.co.uk and include your order number along with a brief explanation, if applicable.

Once your return request is reviewed, we will provide you with return instructions. If the return qualifies, we will also provide a prepaid return label.

Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging. Include the return authorisation form and any necessary supporting materials. Ship the item using the provided return label or, if return postage is not covered, your preferred tracked method.

Return Shipping Costs

If the product is defective, incorrect, or damaged in transit, Prower will cover the cost of return shipping.

Covered Return Scenarios
You may return unused and undamaged items within 90 days if you no longer want the product. If your item is defective, contact us immediately with a description and clear photographs. Once the issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or refund and cover return postage.

If your item does not arrive, contact us so we can investigate with the courier. If the item cannot be located, we will offer a replacement or full refund.

Orders can be cancelled before shipment. If the order has already shipped, you may return it after receiving the product following the procedure outlined above.

Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. All refunds are issued to the original payment method. All transactions and refunds are made in GBP (Great British Pounds) only.

Refunds are approved for items that are returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Refunds for defective or incorrect products are issued after verification.
