Shipping Coverage
We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom at the Customer’s address. While we do not yet offer international delivery, expansion into additional regions is under consideration for the near future.
Shipping Costs
All orders shipped within the United Kingdom are eligible for free standard delivery. There are no hidden fees—what you see at checkout is exactly what you pay.
Currency:
All prices and transactions are processed in Great British Pounds (GBP) only. Currency conversion is not supported at this time.
Order Processing and Delivery Timeline
Orders are typically processed within one to two business days, Monday through Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM (GMT). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. Once processed, orders are delivered within five to seven business days. The total estimated delivery time ranges from six to nine business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as adverse weather conditions or courier-related delays.

Shipping Method and Packaging
All orders are dispatched via reliable courier services including DHL and FedEx. Each shipment is fully insured for your peace of mind. In the event of damage or loss during transit, please contact our customer service team promptly. We also take environmental responsibility seriously by using eco-friendly packaging materials wherever possible.
Order Tracking
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing tracking details, including the name of the shipping provider and your tracking number. You may track your order directly through our website using the tracking portal. If you need assistance, our support team is available to help with any tracking-related concerns.
Missing Items
If any item is missing from your delivered package, please notify us within seven days of receipt. Contact our customer service team at sales@prower.co.uk, and we will take swift action to either send a replacement or issue a refund based on the situation.
Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within Ninty days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. Personalized items are not eligible for return. If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping costs. For returns due to customer preference—such as ordering the wrong item or a change of mind—the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 14 business days and are issued to the original payment method. Prower does not charge a restocking fee under any circumstances.
